Meet The Team

Dr. Cartinian is a highly skilled chiropractic physician with a focus on rehabilitation and functional orthopedics.

He obtained his Doctor of Chiropractic from D’Youville College in Buffalo, NY, where he also served as President of the Student American Chiropractic Association (SACA). Before pursuing his chiropractic career, Dr. Cartinian earned a Bachelor of Arts in Behavioral and Social Sciences from Ohio State University. More recently, he advanced his expertise in rehabilitation and received a Diplomate degree from the American Chiropractic Rehabilitation Board.

Dr. Cartinian’s extensive clinical training includes internships at the University at Buffalo Neurosurgery and Erie County Medical Center, a Level 1 adult trauma center in Buffalo, NY. Since then, he further honed his skills at various Functional Orthopedics locations, specializing in spinal and rehabilitation care.

Since 2017, Dr. Cartinian has been the CEO and treating physician at Functional Orthopedics, which has solidified his reputation as a leader in patient care.

Outside of work, he enjoys golfing and skiing with his teenage son. 

Dr. Jeffrey Shall is a board-certified orthopedic and spine surgeon who is a part of Regenerative Health Centers of Ohio. During his childhood, Dr. Shall worked on a horse farm where he developed his love for medicine. Throughout his career, Dr. Shall has worked to become a leader in the medical field. He was one of the first surgeons to begin performing minimally invasive stabilization procedures and specializes in fractures, dislocations, derangement, intervertebral disc degeneration and herniation, osteoarthritis, and spinal stenosis.

​After graduating from The Ohio State University Medical School, Dr. Shall completed his residency training at Mt. Sinai Medical Center and continued with a spine surgery fellowship with Dr. John Collils in 1992. He is also a fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons and of the North American Spine Society.

​In addition to pursuing excellence in his professional life, he enjoys spending time with his children and sharing with them his favorite hobbies, such as motorcycling and skiing. His children are his greatest source of joy.
